Livestreaming hasn't fundamentally changed in 15 years. On Twitch, YouTube, and TikTok, viewers can watch, chat, donate, and vote, but they can't directly change what happens on screen. For creators, producing entertaining content requires constant effort, planning, and being on camera. Their ability to earn is largely tied to the hours they stream, the size of their audience, and sponsorship deals. For viewers, entertainment remains mostly passive. Even when they pay to support creators, they have little control over the experience. We believe the next generation of entertainment won't just be watched. It will be created collaboratively by audiences in real time.

Glitch is an AI-powered livestreaming platform where audiences decide what happens next. Creators launch AI-generated live shows in minutes, choosing characters and a premise. Viewers suggest what should happen next and can pay to Boost their ideas. Our AI Director turns those suggestions into video in real time while maintaining narrative continuity throughout the stream. Unlike Twitch or YouTube Live, where viewers primarily react to content, Glitch lets them create it. Unlike traditional AI video tools, Glitch generates content continuously as part of a live, interactive experience. Creators monetize from day one through audience Boosts, keeping 80% of net audience revenue. We're building a new category of entertainment: livestreams that are generated and directed by their audiences.

Our initial customers are independent content creators, YouTubers, and livestreamers with engaged audiences on Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Our second customer segment is viewers who want to actively participate in entertainment and are willing to pay to influence what happens in real time.

For example, 100,000 active creators generating $1,000/month in Boost spending would produce $1.2B in annual audience transactions, of which Glitch's 20% share would represent $240M in annual revenue, excluding streaming fees.

Glitch sits at the intersection of two difficult problems: building real-time AI systems and creating entertainment that millions of people want to watch. We have deep experience in both. Anand Parashar (CEO) leads product, content strategy, and distribution. He built 65+ YouTube channels reaching ~300M monthly views, produced 5,000+ AI videos, and previously sold a media company. He understands what makes content go viral and how creators monetize their audiences. Udayan Maurya (CTO) leads engineering and AI infrastructure. As the sole founding engineer at Strada (YC S23), he built four MVPs, developed AI systems handling 100K+ calls daily, and helped scale the company from zero to Series A. Together, we've built Glitch's real-time AI storytelling platform and demonstrated early demand with 25K viewers on our first public livestream and 7,000 creator signups across two launches. Most teams understand either AI infrastructure or entertainment. We know how to build both the technology and its distribution.

Our first hire will be a founding AI engineer to accelerate real-time video generation, improve narrative coherence, and reduce inference costs. Next, we'll hire a creator partnerships and growth lead to onboard creators, build distribution partnerships, and drive audience engagement. We'll prioritize engineering first, followed by growth as creator adoption increases.
