مسئله

Rural clinics send blood samples to a city lab and wait three days, so patients are treated on a guess or not at all.

راه‌حل

Benchmark Bio's desktop analyser runs the twelve most common blood tests from a finger prick in under an hour, operated by a nurse.

برای چه کسانی

Rural clinics and general practices far from a laboratory.

بازار

Bottom-up: about 30,000 customers like this in Switzerland and nearby, worth roughly $120 million a year at our prices.

رقابت و مزیت

آنچه امروز استفاده می‌شود

Mostly spreadsheets, phone calls and doing nothing. The established suppliers sell to large organisations and are too expensive and too slow to set up for the customers we serve.

چرا این تیم برنده است

Lena spent a decade developing diagnostic instruments at a life-science company, so the team knows the buyers by name. Marco built the core technology, and the first customers came by referral.

شاخص اصلی

Pilot customers live

تیم

Lena knows the customer and has sold to them before; Marco has built this kind of system at scale. We have worked side by side since before Benchmark Bio had a name.

سابقهٔ همکاری: ۱ تا ۳ سال
استخدام: A senior engineer and our first customer-success hire.
