مسئله

Shops and clinics lose stock and working hours to daily power cuts, and diesel generators cost more each year to run and repair.

راه‌حل

GreenGrid sells a wall-mounted battery that charges off-peak, switches over in 20 milliseconds and is paid off in monthly instalments.

برای چه کسانی

Small retailers, pharmacies and clinics in cities with unreliable grids.

بازار

Bottom-up: about 105,000 customers like this in Jordan and nearby, worth roughly $280 million a year at our prices.

رقابت و مزیت

آنچه امروز استفاده می‌شود

Mostly spreadsheets, phone calls and doing nothing. The established suppliers sell to large organisations and are too expensive and too slow to set up for the customers we serve.

چرا این تیم برنده است

Omar designed power systems for telecom towers across the Middle East for nine years, so the team knows the buyers by name. Rania built the core technology, and the first customers came by referral.

شاخص اصلی

420 active users, growing 13% a month

تیم

Omar knows the customer and has sold to them before; Rania has built this kind of system at scale. We have worked side by side since before GreenGrid had a name.
